Our approach to privacy
Ordira Technologies Limited provides ordering and business operations software. We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, and to handle that information responsibly.
Information we process
We process information needed to provide and operate Ordira, such as account and business details, order and fulfilment information, customer contact details supplied through an order flow, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
Where a business connects a third-party service such as WhatsApp, we may process information made available through that integration only as needed to provide the connected Ordira features and in accordance with the applicable platform terms.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide the Ordira service, authenticate users, operate ordering and business workflows, support customers and businesses, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the reliability of the platform.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, hosting, communications, security, analytics, and other service providers to operate Ordira. These providers may process information on our behalf only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Legal and government requests
Ordira does not voluntarily disclose personal information to government agencies or other public authorities without a valid legal basis. When we receive a legally binding request for information, we review the request for validity, scope, and legal authority. Where permitted, we may challenge requests that are unlawful, invalid, or excessively broad. If disclosure is legally required, we seek to disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply with the valid request.
