Public Authority Data Requests
Effective 26 August 2026 · Ordira Technologies Limited
Our position
Ordira does not voluntarily disclose personal information to government agencies or other public authorities without a valid legal basis. If we receive a request for personal information, we evaluate it before making any disclosure.
This approach applies to personal information we hold in connection with the Ordira platform, including information received through third-party platforms where applicable.
How we handle requests
Legal review
We review requests for legal validity, authority, scope, and the applicable legal basis before disclosing personal information.
Challenge where appropriate
Where permitted, we may reject, challenge, or seek clarification of requests that appear unlawful, invalid, excessively broad, or outside the requesting authority's powers.
Data minimisation
If disclosure is legally required, we seek to provide only the minimum information necessary to comply with the valid request.
Accountability
We document requests and our responses, including the legal basis and the people involved in reviewing the request, and restrict access to authorised personnel.
No routine government access
Public authorities do not have direct or routine access to Ordira systems through this policy. A request does not automatically result in disclosure. Any disclosure must have a valid legal basis and is subject to the safeguards described above.
